Booking Policies
Deposits
For picnics, a $100, non-refundable deposit is required to book your date and time. The remainder is due 48 hours prior to your picnic.
For custom events, a 50%, non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date. The remaining balance due date can vary. We will cover this when we go over your event proposal.
Weather
In case of inclement weather, we can move your picnic to a covered area like a private residence or park gazebo. We do try to be flexible with the start time if it proves helpful (e.g. 4pm shows a high chance of rain but clear at 6pm). As a last resort, we will offer to reschedule your picnic within 45 days.
In the case of rescheduling, you will be responsible for the cost of any perishable items that have already been made/purchased (e.g. charcuterie or balloons) for the original date and for the rescheduled date.
Rescheduling
If you choose to reschedule, your new picnic date must be within 45 days of your original picnic date for any payments or deposits to apply towards the new event date.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel less than 48 hours prior to your picnic, no refund nor future credit will be given. No matter when you cancel, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
